ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-06-2016 Counsel for the Petitioner produces two demand drafts to the tune of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lakhs) bearing its Nos. 200413028426 & 200413028427 dated 16.05.2016 & 17.05.2016 respectively which the Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 receives and signs in the margin of the ordersheet. In view of such, the further proceeding including the order dated 19.09.2015 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 1789(M) of 2014 is, hereby, set aside.

Also, in the interest of the parties, further

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.973 of 2015 dt.21-06-2016 proceeding of Complaint Case No. 25837/C/2014 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna shall stand dropped.
