JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Ninety litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-09-2015. Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner appears to be first offender. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya.
