03-01-2018 Sri Ashok Kumar Garg, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for allowing him to make correction in paragraph - 1 and prayer portion of the petition to the extent of correcting the name of concerned court.

After some argument, Sri Ashok Kumar Garg, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points, which have been raised in the present petition, before the court below at appropriate stage.
