This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 07-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47507 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner became ill and therefore, he could not surrender within time as per direction of this court as per order dated 07-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47507 of 2017.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, the court below will enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail on same
