2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code were added.

3. As per the allegation, the informant's grand daughter (Natini) was killed by the accused persons on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2022 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She had no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

5. On behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022.
