After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the competent authority under the National Highways Act, 1956 and the competent authority is directed to refer the dispute to the decision of the Principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction within the limits of whose jurisdiction the land is situated within
Patna High Court CWJC No.15474 of 2022(4) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 a period of two weeks under the 3(H)(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
