2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to consider the regularization/absorption of the service of the petitioners on the post of IVth grade in Munger University, Munger as the petitioners are regularly

(ii) For grant of any other relief/reliefs of which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in ends of justice."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances by filing representation before the Vice Chancellor, Munger University, Munger (Respondent No. 4), along with all the necessary documents and details.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the Vice Chancellor, Munger University, Munger (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of their claim within a period of four weeks from today.
