JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case4 No. 86 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence rather he has been made victim of circumstances on account of being Ex-Chairman of Bihar Gramin Bank. He has retired from service on 30.09.2017. Petitioner had all along unblemished service career. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62177 of 2017(2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vinit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 86 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
