2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners have otherwise no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 3rd Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
