2. Earlier, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was withdrawn before this Court vide order dated in Cr. Misc. No. 15860 of 2021.
3. A number of adjournments were taken by the petitioner on the pretext of refunding the amount to the informant. On the last date, i.e., 20.06.2025, an adjournment was granted on the ground of the ailment of the petitioner's daughter and on that date, three weeks' time was given to the petitioner to make the payment.
4. It appears that the petitioner has been granted numerous opportunities to pay the outstanding amount, yet once again, adjournment is being sought.
5. It appears that the petitioner is adopting dilly-dally

No.60386 of 2023(14) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 attitude and on the one pretext or the other, has been taking adjournments with a view to escape from fulfilling his promise to pay the amount to the informant. The attitude of the petitioner is not bona fide and it seems that he is not honest in keeping his promise.
6. Taking into account, the dishonest intention of the petitioner in keeping his promise by not paying the due amount to the informant, the interim protection granted vide order dated 08.09.2023 stands vacated, and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
