13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 349 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of a minor girl aged about 12 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
