JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction, especially in nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot Plot No.1H/09 at Bahadurpur in place of Plot No.1H / 85 at Digha which was allotted to the petitioner by the Bihar State Housing Board in its meeting dated 07/09/1991 and vide allotment order contained in Letter No. 2044 dated 25/09/1991, in pursuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14326 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 which the petitioner has deposited 30% of the estimated value of the said plot within time but possession has not been given to the petitioner till date.

(ii) For issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute an agreement and give possession of the plot number 1H / 85 at Bahadurpur in pursuance of aforesaid allotment made in favour of the petitioner"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate representation. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
