2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for committing theft of motorcycle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. He further submits that earlier, petitioner alongwith one Pince Kumar were arrested in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021 dated 31.05.2021 alongwith stolen motorcycle, which was of the informant, and in said case, petitioner has already been granted bail by the Court below itself on 14.09.2021.

5. Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - XI, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
