JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 This application has been filed for modification of order no.3 dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24835 of 2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP and perused the record.

Due to typographical mistake in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 24835 of 2015 name of the court has wrongly been typed as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai' in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria' and the same mistake has occurred in the last paragraph of the order no.3 dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24835 of 2015.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the order no. 3 dated 05.10.2015 in last paragraph 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai' be read as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria'.
