The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379, 447, 307, 504, 506, 385, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is land dispute between the parties and on account of land dispute there is case and counter case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case on account of land dispute and free fight between the parties, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
