JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 30.08.2012 whereas the first information report was lodged on 03.10.2012. It is admitted case of the informant that she was a married lady but in spite of her missing from her matrimonial home, no information regarding her missing was given by any person. Moreover, after due investigation, police submitted final form showing the case as mistake of fact but learned court below differed with the findings of police and took cognizance. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
