Shri Abhinash Chandra, the learned counsel for the informant submits that Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the informant by Shri Manish Kumar No. 2 and he has been authorized to appear in this case.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Main (Paibigha) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The leaned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the matter has been settled before the learned trial court, hence, nothing remains in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63 of 2018(8) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties as also the proceedings thereof.

In such view of the matter, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Main (Paibigha) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
