The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447,504,506 and 353/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case got initiated with the written report of Dr. Anand Prasad Singh, Superintendent of Nalanda Medical College Hospital, submitted to the Officer Incharge of Alamganj, Patnacity to the effect that the petitioner no. 1 being the Nurse of Grade A, was deputed in the labour room of the hospital, but due to heavy rush of patients in the emergency department, she was deputed there. In protest of such deputation, petitioner no. 1 along with her father (petitioner no.2) misbehaved with the Superintendent of the Hospital.

The petitioner no. 1 is a lady. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patnacity in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 440 of 2017. It is made clear that the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners if they get involved in similar nature of offence.
