The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.415 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 47A of the Excise Act and 22 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
