2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 330 litres Nepali liquor from Maruti Car in which petitioner and other accused were sitting.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the seized liquor or the car. Petitioner had only taken lift from the driver of the seized car. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2025 and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-cumExclusive Excise Court-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.248 of 2025.
