After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ application to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 14.02.2015 passed in Case No. MUP-01 of 2011, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits within the statutory period.
