BAJANTHRI) Date : 04-04-2025 The present MJC-contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 3695 of 2024.

2. From perusal of reply to the contempt petition along with the affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 7 along with Annexure-R/A memorandum dated 22.10.2014, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed in the light of order dated 24.06.2024.

3. The petitioners are not satisfied with regulating the intervening period and paying certain amount of money. Resultantly, review petitioners have filed rejoinder to reply along with Annexure-P/1 and Annexure-P/2. The petitioners are claiming certain allowances apart from other monetary benefits as per their pay slips.

4. Having regard to the fact that status quo order was passed in the original writ petition for which the respondents have paid salary attached to the particular post. Obviously, petitioners are not entitled for certain allowances. Those
