2. The petitioner had passed the 10th Examination from the Central Board of Secondary Education held in the year 2013 with his Roll No. 7147621. In the Registration Certificate, Admit Card, Admission Card and in the Grade-sheet, against father's name of the petitioner, mother's name has been mentioned and against mother's name of the petitioner, father's name has been entered.

3. With the said grievance, the petitioner had approached the Central Board of Secondary Education, which has been rejected by the Regional Office, Patna of Central Board of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1302 of 2017(2) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 Secondary Education on he ground of the request being time barred.

4. Learned counsel for the Central Board of Secondary Education does not dispute the fact that the limitation period for making application for correction in the said certificates has been extended to five years.

5. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Officer, Regional Office, Central Board of Secondary Education, Patna to reconsider the petitioner's case. I am, prima facie, satisfied about the plea of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, I dispose of this application with a direction to consider the petitioner's case favourably and decide the same within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
