The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 353, 338, 333, 120B, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that one person died in a road accident. On protest of the same, the mob damaged the vehicle in question. When the police reached, they attacked on the police personnel and also caused injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55806 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 mob. The mob was protesting against the inaction of the police, hence the police to save their skin lodged the present case. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ist Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
