The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has prayed for directing respondents no. 2 to 4 to pay the admitted outstanding amount on account of successful performance and completion of the allotted work.

In view of the limited prayer, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today by filing a representation which the respondent no. 3 shall consider and dispose of by a reasoned order within four weeks thereafter and in case, any admitted dues have been found payable, the same will be paid immediately thereafter.
