2. It has been informed on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners of this case had preferred a criminal writ application, being Cr.W.J.C. No.1399 of 2025, before this Court and vide order dated 01.07.2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, an interim protection has been granted to the petitioners of no coercive steps to be taken against them and further proceedings have also been stayed. Hence, there is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63239 of 2024(8) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 apprehension of arrest to the petitioners.
3. Considering the aforesaid, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the Court as and when the apprehension may arise.
