The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 80709 of 2019 on 01.07.2019 with a direction that in the event of surrender/arrest within a period of four weeks in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 445 of 2016 shall be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, but, the petitioner could not surrender within the time due to unavoidable circumstances, as such, the period of surrender of the petitioner may be extended by four weeks, from today.
