2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 , 414, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per allegation, two co-accused persons, namely, Navneet Kumar and Anshu Kumar were arrested who were involved in cyber fraud. Some mobile sets and sim cards etc. were recovered from their possession. They disclosed the name of the petitioners as their associates.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from their conscious possession. The petitioners have clean antecedent. Similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 66096 of 2024. Moreover, the petitioners are under custody since 14.06.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
