The petitioners being the parents and brothers of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after nine years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim herself administered poison and she died due to illness. The petitioners came to be separate from the husband of the victim. Moreover, admittedly the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and victim died after nine years of marriage.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56116 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Baudeo O.P.)
