The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made from the back side of the house of the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the recovered illicit articles. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Case No. 253 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
