2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on secret information, the informant along with other police party reached the place of occurrence. Seeing the police party, the accused persons, who were on motorcycles, started fleeing away but they were apprehended. The accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61810 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The names of petitioner has figured merely only on the basis of suspicion. He is under custody since 19.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
