JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 The learned counsel for the contemnors has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.11486 of 2017, the District Education Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram has passed an order dated 30.06.2020.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to seek redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any, by availing such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
