2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act, registered in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioners along with other is of involving in the business of cyber crime. It is further alleged that from their possession mobile sets, sim cards and other articles were recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this

Except suspicion, nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. He submitted that the other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Bench vide order dated 24.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66096 of 2024. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 14.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact the other co-accused on similar footing has already been granted bail, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the Court.
