The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

On robbing of three lakhs fifty thousand rupees of the informant the FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation in the confession of co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.55337 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts may constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
