The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 261 of 2013 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 23.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18600 of 2015 whereby the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected, I do not find any ground to take a different view of the matter.
