JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 469, 452, 379, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that the informant entered into an agreement with the petitioners and invested `17,00,000/- as 50% share in clinical business but neither share of the informant was given nor money was returned and when the same was demanded the informant was assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the accusation has been levelled for the dispute with regard to partnership. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.56449 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Jiradei P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
