2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 400 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the land of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Recovery has been made from an open place.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been
