2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the authorities concerned for payment of his admitted retiral dues.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner is entitled to payment of his accumulated earned leave but because he has taken advance of Rs. 10,000/- and the same has not been accounted for, the matter has been held up. It was further submitted that the moment the petitioner deposits Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19042 of 2015 (5) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- or shows proper adjustment, the dues of leave encashment shall be paid to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in December, 2016, the petitioner has deposited the said Rs. 10,000/- and had been granted receipt also.

5. If that be the case, the respondents no. 6 and 7 are directed to ensure that the admitted dues of the petitioner relating to leave encashment is paid to him within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
