The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with P.R. Case No. 25 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the illicit liquor has been recovered behind the house of the petitioner kept in the straw. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.69681 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond /to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with P.R. Case No. 25 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
