Petitioner is in custody in connection with Tr. No. 2375 of 2019 arising out of Complain Case No. C-25/18 for the offence under section 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Referring to Panchnama, learned counsel submits that in fact informant has joined wedlock with cousin brother of the petitioner and they are residing together.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57033 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2019.
Considering the fact that informant has joined second marriage with cousin brother of this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul East Champaran at Motihari, Tr. No.S.C. 2375 of 2019 arising out of Complain Case No. 25 of 2018.
