The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 23/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are staff of the company Ramel Industries Ltd., being associated with Sharda Chit Fund for which a Commission under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shyamal Kumar Sen is constituted. The Managing Director of the Company is in custody.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16478 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 agent and staff of the company have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23511/2015. The case of the petitioners stand on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are also staff of the company, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - II, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 23/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
