2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant is an employee of Dikhsha Indian Gas. It is alleged that four unknown miscreants entered the office of the informant and threatened his co-employee and looted 2 lakhs kept in the office counter, on the point of pistol.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime including the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69474 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 17 similar and serious cases. He is in jail since 06.01.2024.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
