Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No.30 of 2020 instituted under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged in the FIR that the marriage of the victim lady was solemnized nine years ago with the petitioner herein Mani Lal Yadav and right from the beginning they were demanding dowry and on the fateful day it is alleged that after pouring kerosene oil the accused persons including the petitioner committed murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69833 of 2021(4) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 no role to play in the matter and has surrendered on 26.07.2021 (as stated in para-20 of the bail application). Considering the fact that the petitioner being husband and his wife is now no more he cannot exonerate from the responsibility on the alleged death of the said Preeti Kumari. Taking into account the aforesaid fact that of allegation against the petitioner being, husband, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected for the present.
