17-12-2015 Heard Sri Vivekanand Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 09-01-2015 in Barhara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Sri Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that falsely recovery of loaded country-made pistol was shown and the petitioner is already in jail since long. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent, which is evident from paragraph - 3 of the petition.

Accordingly for the time being, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
