2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 354A, 341, 323, 325, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner entered the house of the informant when she was alone and on protest he assaulted her with fists and slaps and wooden stick and when her cousin brother came to save her, he too was assaulted by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to personal grudge. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68050 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with direct and specific allegation that he entered house of the informant when she was alone and on protest he assaulted her with fists and slaps and wooden stick causing her injuries and when her cousin brother came to save her, he too was assaulted by the petitioner.
