Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 395 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 3/ 5 of the Immortal Traffic Prevention Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion due to dirty village politics. Except confession there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Kaimuar at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.
