This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to prepare afresh award in the name of the petitioner with respect to the land acquired for BRBCL Project under Land Acquisition Case No. 44/12-13 situated in Village Khikatia P.S. Navi Nagar (NTPC) Khaira District Aurangabad as the award in question has been prepared without giving any notice or any chance to file objection to the petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that, in the event such representation is filed by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
