The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1868/15, registered under Section 498 (A) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the dispute in between the petitioners and opposite Party no. 2 have already been settled amicably out side the court and the petitioner no.1 and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, have decided to lead their conjugal life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4497 of 2017 (6) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1868 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
