This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 31543 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a railway employee. This fact could not be pointed out on the last occasion when the order dated 20.08.2022 was passed and he is in custody since 01.02.2022. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a railway employee, the order dated 20.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 31543 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on bail forthwith and other conditions will remain the same.
