The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 25 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it is evident that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the bush near the northern wall of house of the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered articles.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.70069 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S.
